Honda Canada reports sales record for 2002
Honda Canada Inc. today reported record combined sales of 165,331 by its Honda and Acura automobile divisions. Sales for calendar year 2002 are up 10.1 percent from 2001. It is Honda Canada's sixth consecutive year of record sales. "Our record sales numbers resulted from strong sales of Honda and Acura light trucks and the all-new 2003 Honda Accord sedan and coupe, which went on sale this fall," said Kalim Ansari, Executive Vice President, Honda Canada Inc. "We are very pleased that Canadian consumers continue to value both Honda and Acura cars and light-duty trucks for their overall quality and their fun-to-drive attributes."
