IndyCar: Doctors confirm fatal head injuries caused Dan Wheldon's death

British IndyCar driver Dan Wheldon tragically lost his life in a horrific 15-car pileup that caused the cancellation of the grand finale of the season at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
