Juho Hanninen (Skoda Fabia) celebrated his IRC title by winning Rally Scotland.

Juho Hanninen, who was already crowned even before the start of Rally Scotland, inherited lead when Guy Wilks (Skoda Fabia) and Kris Meeke (Peugeot 207) suffered mechanical issues on saturday.

The Finn extended his lead on Sunday, to clinched victory with a 25-seconds advantage over Andreas Mikkelsen (Ford Fiesta).

A brilliant 7th place overall for Turkish driver Burcu Cetinkaya.

Mikkelsen took his best IRC finish, while Kris Meeke was able to move up to third despite another puncture, and a brake problem. Thierry Neuville (Peugeot 207) lost his third place after he went off the road on Saturday morning.

Rally Scotland was the toughest event of the year, as only nine IRC cars reached the finish. Young turkish female driver Burcu Cetinkaya (Peugeot 207) took her first points with a 7th place finish.
