The new FAZZT IRL team race team, the creation of IRL driver Alexandre Tagliani, Montreal businessman André Azzi and IRL veteran Jim Freudenberg tested one car at Miami-Homestead in Florida.
Despite the cold temperature, Alex Tagliani drove one of the Dallara-Hondas the new team has purchased from Toronto businessman and former IRL racer Marty Roth.
No times were issued as the team concentrated on installing properly Tagliani in the cockpit and verifying that all of the car systems were working properly.
The first test session of the FAZZT team will end tomorrow, Thursday.
Next week, Tagliani, Azzi and Freudenberg will meet the press during the Montreal Auto Show.
