Thomas Schuler and Nadia Foti were delighted to announce that the Kart-O-Mania facility features a new track layout since Tuesday September 8.
Kart-O-Mania is an indoor kart facility located 5196 de la Savanne in Montreal.
"We are going to stage the Farha Foundation and Ça marche event on September 16. The timing was perfect to change the layout of the circuit," said Nadia Foti.
"The new tack is now longer than before (it was 580m), and features more hairpin corners, and one new chicane," she added.
The lap times have increased significantly. "The old track record was of 25.4 seconds. On a new layout, the fastest lap times are around 29.3. It's brand new, so we expect the lap times to come down," she mentioned.
