Consumers who want to reserve their new limited-edition MX-5 need only visit the MX5RFPreorder.com website to place a $500 USD refundable deposit. The site does not specify if Canadian buyers can reserve a car. The first deliveries of the Launch Edition are expected in early 2017.
It’s safe to assume that the 1,000 cars will be snapped up quickly, long before the window for pre-orders closes on October 9, 2016.
