In recent years, however, Mazda's SKYACTIV technology, which aims to optimize the performance and efficiency of its cars’ powertrains, has also incorporated improvements to the chassis and body. Result? That old corrosive reputation is no longer deserved…

To demonstrate its improvements and to reassure Canadian consumers about corrosion and winter driving, Mazda Canada has published three videos that shed light on the development and testing process surrounding Mazda vehicles, notably through tests carried out from Halifax to Lac-Saint-Jean, in Quebec on corrosion and extreme-cold resistance.
