Mosler Automotive, a Florida-based supercar manufacturer, recently launched the all-new 2012 RaptorGTR.
Priced at $700,000, this wicked two-seater exploits a 7.0L twin-turbo V8 engine rated at 838 horsepower. Extensive use of carbon fibre drops the Mosler RaptorGTR's overall weight to just 2,580 lbs (1,173 kg).
Actually, the 2012 Mosler RaptorGTR boasts a 36% higher power-to-weight ratio than the Bugatti Veyron, and sprints from 0-60 mph (97 km/h) in a ridiculous 2.3 seconds.
According to the company, China represents the biggest market for the Mosler RaptorGTR.
Twelve special edition models will also be available for an extra $70,000. Buyers can expect 1,212 ponies under the sheet metal along with an exclusive front section styled after the eyes of singer Abby Cubey, the car's official spokeswoman.
Luckily for us, she happened to post a rather strange music video featuring herself and the RaptorGTR in action. Check it out here:
