Though Toyotas were very strong Saturday afternoon at the Michigan International Speedway, Roush-Fenway driver Carl Edwards (Ford No 60) showed the might of his car at the end of the Carfax 250 race to easily grab the checkered flag.

Brian Vickers (Camry No 32) and Tony Stewart (Camry No 20) came in second and third.

Series point leader Clint Bowyer (Chevy No 2) finished 10th but Canadians D.J. Kennington (Dodge No 81) and Patrick Carpentier (Dodge No 9) could do no better than 29th and 33rd.

Carpentier was spun off the course by David Stremme (Chevrolet No 64) towards the end of the race as he was in the top 20. Fortunately, there was no damage to his race car.
