The iconic Batmobile from the 1960s TV series Batman will be auctioned on January 19th, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Inspired from the 1955 Lincoln Futura concept, the car was shaped into a crime-fighting machine by famous customizer George Barris, instantly becoming a classic for the ages.
Over the years, various Batmobile replicas have fetched around $250,000, and while the auction house won't say how much it hopes to get for the original, some believe the bids will reach a few million dollars.
