Driver Antoine L'Estage and co-driver Nathalie Richard will run for the North-American Rally Championship this weekend in Bancroft, Ontario during the Tall Pines Rally.
Quebecer Antoine L'Estage is a master of the Tall Pines. This weekend's victory would be his fourth at the classic event and his third consecutive.
Only five points separate the American Ken Block of L'Estage and Richard in the North-American championship standing. Block will be in Ontario for the Pines this oncoming weekend.
Antoine's younger brother Mathieu will be running the Pines too, with his co driver Yanick Napert. They will be racing for the manufacturing championship, the Mitsubishi Cup. They will also run for a fourth place finish in the Canadian Rally standings.
Fifteen specials are scheduled in a twelve hours racing day, next Saturday. A total of 450 km will be raced from early in the morning to around 9 pm. Almost 50 teams will take part to this last event of the Canadian Rally Championship season.
