We know that this devilishly adorable model is not destined for our market, which is a crying shame, but at least the Honda e gives us hope that Honda is in fact able to produce attractive and distinctive vehicles. Conceived for urban driving only, the Honda e would be out of place in many parts of North America, but it’s sure easy to imagine it zipping around the streets of Toronto or Montreal, or New York or Los Angeles. 5 – BMW Concept 4
Real surprises have become exceedingly rare things at auto show – all the more reasons to applaud a manufacturer that manages to outfox us all. The Concept 4, which no one saw coming ahead of the Frankfurt show, serves as an appetizer for the next-generation 4 Series, as well as for the i4, an electric sedan also in the works at BMW. The car also previews the design signature the company wants to adopt in coming years, characterized first and foremost by a bigger front grille.
