Mazda CX-9

Mazda's most imposing vehicle is starting to age, but fear not, as strategists are preparing for the arrival of the CX-90, as Mazda has been quietly trying to get closer to the luxury brands for the past few years.
The CX-9 was already a step in the right direction, but something tells us that the CX-90 will do much better in terms of overall quality, while the vehicle can be ordered with a turbocharged inline-6 with a mild hybrid system or a plug-in hybrid powertrain with a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine.
On the other hand, if you can't wait until later in 2023 - the CX-90 should basically be part of the 2024 model year - the CX-9 is still on tap for 2023. And this model is still one of the most fun to drive in this class.
The two-row seating option: Mazda CX-70 (coming soon)
