The Hyundai Kona has been a solid contender in the subcompact SUV segment since its introduction, especially in Canada, and for good reason. The second-generation Kona, which debuted in 2024, offers a bold design, a spacious and modern interior, and a variety of powertrain options, including a fuel-efficient gasoline engine, a sporty turbocharged engine, and an all-electric version (Kona Electric).
For 2025, the Kona continues to impress with its impressive list of standard features, including a large infotainment screen and advanced safety technologies. Hyundai has also expanded the lineup with the addition of an N Line trim, which doesn’t boost performance but does give the SUV a sportier demeanour.
