Los Angeles 2022: The Top Reveals of the Auto Show (And Yes, There Were 10!)

After being introduced in July of this year, Hyundai’s latest Ioniq EV made landfall in North America by way of the LA show. The Ioniq 6 “electrified streamliner” features ultra-slick styling that delivers a drag coefficient of just 0.22 Cd, allowing for between 498-547 km of range depending on spec (the EV will be offered as either a dual-motor AWD or single-motor RWD vehicle).

The Ioniq 6 also features a clutter-free interior clad in ethically-prepared materials such as recycled paint pigments, carpets made from abandoned fishing nets and ethically-harvested leather.
