The Bullitt Mustang from the eponymous film was arguably the first time the Ford muscle car really made an impact on the silver screen, but it’s easy to forget that the somewhat-maligned Mustang II was featured in an exceedingly popular TV franchise, having been one of the main cars driven on the Charlie’s Angels primetime hit show, by none other than Farrah Fawcett. The question, though, was whether or not featuring on that particular show was a net plus for the oddball OPEC-era ‘Stang II.
