1st place: Jaguar F-PACE

Unfortunately, someone had to come first (worst) in this ranking. For this year’s CR Top 10 list of least reliable vehicles, the raspberry goes to the Jaguar F-PACE, a spiffy-looking crossover that actually delivers dynamic performance.

Consumer Reports acknowledges these qualities but penalizes the model for its overly firm suspension and the uneven quality of the interior. What’s more, the infotainment system is out of date. Other problems identified for the F-PACE include noises from the chassis and leaks in the cabin.
