Throughout the 21-year history of the awards no other manufacturer can claim 18 Pyramids for itself but Toyota, none of which that have won more than two times. The members of CAA and Toyota owners have made it possible for Toyota to be the most highly regarded manufacturer based on a long-term owner satisfaction.
In addition to CAA's two vehicle satisfaction awards, an additional two prizes were presented at the show, for Environmental Initiatives and Safety Innovations. The winners were chosen by a blue-ribbon panel of experts in the automotive, safety or environmental sectors.
