NASCAR: Casey Mears to substitute for Brian Vickers at Dover Sprint Cup race
In a press release on Thursday Red Bull Racing Team officials said "that due to a recent diagnosis of a medical condition, Brian Vickers will not compete in this weekend's NASCAR racing activities at Dover International Speedway."
