Another exciting year of auto show cars is already underway, ushered in with the annual Los Angeles auto show. Yesterday, January 2, 2003, the first of two press days began with a bang! And what other automaker would you expect to wow the crowd as much as DaimlerChrysler?

After road testing the 2003 HEMI powered heavy-duty Ram pickup last summer I knew this rumbling engine would be heading up more sporting causes in the near future. After all, even in truck form its 345-hp and 375 lb-ft of torque offers sensational acceleration and an exhaust note to die for.
