Subaru Legacy
Subaru’s unassuming sedan scores points with Wards for the excellence of its drive-assist systems, convenient and effective to use without being overly obtrusive, as well as for the high levels of connectivity possible with the multimedia system.
Subaru has advanced in leaps and bounds in terms of that multimedia system in the last couple of years, and that’s evident in the large, horizontal screen found in the 2020 Legacy. It’s easy to use and features nice big fat buttons so no more gnashing of teeth when using it while driving.
Wards’ panelists liked the car’s adaptive cruise control, driver drowsiness detection system, high-resolution image on the screen, Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatibility, USB ports galore and several outlets. Oh and one more, an app found in the navigation system that you would only expect to find in a Subaru: the eBird app to help you bird-watch from your car.
