2021 Full-Size SUV of the Year: Chevrolet Tahoe/Chevrolet Suburban
GM has dominated this segment for many years. And the redesign of the American trio (Chevrolet Tahoe/GMC Yukon/Cadillac Escalade) is being applauded across North America.
Unless there is a revolution elsewhere in the class, the Chevrolet Tahoe and its roomier variant, the Chevrolet Suburban, are likely to remain at the top for a few more years to come.

2021 Luxury Subcompact SUV of the Year: Volvo XC40
The Volvo XC40 is a black sheep in this sea of small SUVs. And we have to admit that its Scandinavian design is appealing. The two contenders, the BMW X2 and the Mercedes-Benz GLB-Class, are interesting and different options, but the Swedish representative rises above the fray thanks to a sporty yet comfortable ride.
And then there's this new electric version that changes the game, even if the number of units available will be limited in Canada.
