7 — Mini Cooper SE ($40,990)

Finally, a little exercise awaited us with the electric version of the Mini Cooper, the SE. This involved a little run-through on a small circuit, cones and all, as a way to test the car's capabilities, while having the opportunity to measure repeatedly how much torque is always present when you need it with an electric vehicle.
Beyond the pleasure experienced, it was a great opportunity to rediscover this all-electric small car, and confirm it that retains the essence of driving a Mini. We really enjoyed driving the model, the only real drawback of which is its measly 183 km of range.
The company's representatives addressed that, explaining that the vast majority of Mini owners have more than one vehicle and drive well under 75 km per day. For them, it's not an issue. We can see their point, sort of, but then, but in this case, perhaps they should have reviewed the pricing range. Just saying...
