1962 Ferrari 250 GTO
The most beautiful car in the world, some will say! The gorgeous GTO is also powered by Colombo's V12 engine that produces 302 hp. This Gran Turismo Omologato is one of the 39 that were certified by the FIA. Timeless elegance and impressive racing record explain its current market value: around $10 million.

1967 Ferrari P4
Without a doubt, this is the rarest car of the group. In fact, it's the only P4 in the world that remains in its original configuration. The sensuous curves, penned by Piero Drogo, hide a 450-hp, 4.4L V12 engine. Weighing only 792 kilos, this beautiful Italian can reach a top speed of 338 km/h. Biggest achievement: triple victory at the 1967 24 Hours of Daytona.

1972 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 « Daytona »
This one is the last Ferrari with a front engine. It was born in 1968, a few months after the P4's victory at Daytona -- hence the name. The GTB/4 Coupe (berlinetta) was the fastest road-going car in the world in the early 1970s. The GTS (Spider), introduced in 1969, also sports the fabulous Colombo V12.

1979 Ferrari 512 BBLM Ch. Pozzi
BBLM = Berlinetta Boxer Le Mans. With its mid-mounted, 5.0L 12-cylinder boxer engine, this monster once owned by Charles Pozzi (Ferrari's French distributor), couldn't beat the 700-hp Porsche 935. For a rare occasion, Ferrari had to submit.

1985 Ferrari 288 GTO
Built in 1984 for the World Rally Championship (which is rare for a Ferrari), the 288 GTO was one of the first to use composite materials (kevlar, nomex, fiberglass). Its V12 engine only has a 2.8L displacement but, thanks to two turbochargers, develops 400 horsepower! This car was never sold in North America.

1990 Ferrari F40
The F40 marks the beginning of the modern era at Ferrari: electronics, composite materials, F1-like aerodynamics and 2.9L twin-turbo V8 engine producing 471 horsepower! Amazing! The F40 also marks the 40th anniversary of the brand. As Enzo Ferrari would have probably said: "che bella machina".
