Ford to lead the way in diesel market with new Powerstroke engine
Ford's engineers have been working overtime to ready the new Powerstroke diesel engine for launch. Set to carry Ford's Super Duty truck line forward with a new level of efficiency, technology, and cleanness, the new unit is said to have the emissions of a standard gasoline engine and be the first pickup truck engine in North America to use a high-precision, high-pressure common rail injection system.
