Fun fact: While many contemporary rivals have moved to NACS only for their charging ports (with an adaptor in the trunk), the LEAF has two ports, one for each.
The 2026 LEAF S+ features a 60-kWh battery (marketed often with its 75 kWh total capacity metrics in some materials) providing a range of some 342 km. Starting at an MSRP of roughly $44,998 before significant manufacturer rebates (sometimes as high as $7,000) and government incentives, it is one of the most accessible ways to enter EV ownership.
