California Raises Possibility of Banning Combustion-Engine Cars
As the impasse in negotiations between Washington and California regarding fuel emissions standard continues, the state says it might look at eventually banning internal-combustion engines. This is according to Mary Nichols, president of the California Air Resources Board.
