"For those who always wanted to drive the icon of off-road vehicles but wanted more space, the legendary Jeep TJ Unlimited has taken the limit out of interior space," commented Ron Smith, Vice-President of Marketing, DaimlerChrysler Canada. "The extension of the TJ was not limited to just stretching the wheelbase. Altogether 51 mm (2 inches) has been added between the two rows of seats to make rear passengers more comfortable. This is a result of 381 mm (15-inches) of additional length and an increase in wheelbase length of 254 mm (10 inches) to 2,616 mm (103 inches). The added functionality results in a 330 mm (13-inch) longer cargo area.
