Spanish driver Nani Roma Wednesday won the 317-km long Stage 10 of the Dakar rally raid which ran from Iquique to Arica, Chile.
The Spaniard beat his MINI teammate Stephane Peterhansel by 21 seconds. South African Giniel de Villiers finished third in his Toyota, 7m44s behind Roma.
Robby Gordon, at a standstill for some 11 minutes during the special stage, and lost some valuable time ti finally finish fourth.
Bernhard Ten Brinke (Mitsubishi) came in fifth, followed by Leal Dos Santos.
Polish driver Krzysztof Holowczyc (MINI) stopped for some 35 minutes with power steering problems.
