The World Series by Renault 2012 calendar has been unveiled, with a round planned to the new road circuit of Moscow Raceway in July.
Nine events are planned for the next season, with an opening round held at Motorland Aragon, Spain (May 5th and 6th) and two final rounds scheduled in Barcelona (October 20th and 21st).

The Moscow Raceway is a new permanent road circuit and the only one in Russia that could host events like Formula 1, DTM or GT races.
Its construction began in May 2011, and the World Series by Renault race will be the first major race that will be presented on this new track that has been designed by the unavoidable Hermann Tilke.
