Canadien driver Robert Wickens set the best performance in the first day of preseason test at circuit Paul Ricard.
Robert Wickens, who set the pace both in morning and afternoon sessions, has confirmed that he is one of the men to beat in this year’s Formula Renault 3.5 championship. He finished the day ahead of Albert Costa and Jean-Eric Vergne, Wickens’ team mate in team Carlin.
The preseason test will resume on Wednesday. The first round of the season will be presented in Alcaniz, Spain, on April 16th.
