Ten years after his grandfather and uncle scored a podium finish in the Rolex 24 At Daytona, fourth-generation driver Jeffrey Earnhardt will make his debut in America's premier sports car race.
Twenty-one-year old Jeffrey Earnhardt, son of Kerry Earnhardt and nephew of Dale Jr., will share the wheel with Stanton Barrett and Kevin O’Connell in a Porsche fielded by Rick Ware Racing next January 29 and 30.
This will not be Jeffrey Earnhardt’s debut in racing as he finished fifth in the 2007 NASCAR K&N Series East as well as running a progressive schedule since then in NASCAR Nationwide (two starts) and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (four starts).
