Team Penske has agreed to a multi-year agreement with the IZOD brand, title sponsor of the IZOD IndyCar Series, to sponsor the team and its drivers starting in 2011.
The IZOD brand will appear on all three Team Penske Dallara/Hondas driven by Ryan Briscoe, Helio Castroneves and 2010 series runner-up Will Power. Last year, IZOD had been involved with American driver Ryan Hunter-Reay, a driver of the Andretti Autosport squadron.
IZOD will be the primary sponsor on Briscoe's No. 6 IZOD Team Penske Dallara/Honda at the 100th Anniversary Indianapolis 500, as well as other selected IZOD IndyCar Series Championship races.
In recent announcements, Team Penske has made public a series of sponsorship deals involving among others Shell/Pennzoil and American chain Meijer.
