IndyCar: Mike Conway, Ryan Hunter-Reay and Alex Tagliani on probation

IndyCar has put Mike Conway, Ryan Hunter-Reay and Alex Tagliani on probation until December 31st of this year for avoidable contacts in the last races.

Mike Conway was penalized for a contact with Ryan Briscoe in Toronto and Oriol Servia in Edmonton while his Andretti Autosport teammate Hunter-Reay was also penalized for a contact with Briscoe at Barber and Takuma Sato in Edmonton.

Canadian driver Alex Tagliani will also be kept in the IndyCar radar after a contact with Will Power in Toronto and Graham Rahal in Edmonton.

Additional penalties may be imposed if the drivers are found guilty of avoidable contact once more this year.
