Current main sponsor Entergy and HVM racing announced that HOLTEC International signed on as an Associate Sponsor for the Nuclear Clean Air Energy #78 IndyCar race team driven by Simona de Silvestro.
De Silvestro was adamant in saying that it had been a tough month for her and that this announcement gave her a much needed boost coming into Toronto.
The Brazilian was not cleared to race at the Iowa Speedway due to lingering concussion symptoms from a crash in Milwaukee.
The toll was both physical -- six stitches in her left knee and a sore back plus burned hands from a May 19 crash at Indianapolis Motor Speedway -- and emotional.
