BMW will debut a second version of its X5 sport-ute at the Geneva Motor Show in March, but it's not likely the 3-litre model will make it to Canada.
Officials of the Whitby-based importer think the X5 with the inline-6 simply won't deliver what's best about the newly released model with the 4.4-litre V8 -- the unrelenting power.
Buyers seem willing to part with $68,800 for the V8 version, but BMW insiders don't think the same would happen for the inline-6 at around $60,000.
