6 - Subaru Forester: All-Wheel Drive Front and Centre
The Forester is admittedly quite tricky to assess. I don’t find it particularly successful in terms of design and interior finishing, but fans of Subaru love its conservative styling, and the cabin is spacious and built to accommodate your two golden retrievers or outdoor sports gear with ease. And then of course there’s the all-wheel drive, among the best on the market along with its safety and reliability ratings. Truth be told, the Subaru buyer is a distinct creature, and highly loyal to the model and to the brand. This is the definition of a niche market.
