Dodge Durango
Meet the old-timer of the segment. The Durango has been around since the 2011 model-year, which is a long time in the industry. And yet, here it is. It’s had two major redesigns and seen the introduction of an SRT Hellcat variant (for 2021 only), and still Dodge’s crossover soldiers on.
Sure, it's starting to show signs of age, especially when stacked up versus the newest models in the class, but the Durango still manages to deliver the highest towing capacity in the segment, which is no small feat.
The gasoline bills that go with that SRT model will be quite steep, however. Good to know if you’re considering going that route…
