As is the case with GM’s pickups, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ RAM 1500 is getting a major redesign for 2019. For the moment, we only know about the 5.7L V8 Hemi, but a V6 hybrid equipped with an extra electric motor should be officially announced soon. Plus, rumours persist regarding the return of the 3.0L turbo-diesel V6 under the hood of the RAM pickup. FCA says the new 2019 RAM will be able to haul up to 10,640 lbs. If your needs go beyond that, RAM offers its own HD 2500 and HD 3500 series trucks, like its competitors.
