What’s true for the Boxster and also true for the German automaker’s SUVs; the Macan offers a unique driving experience in its segment. Better yet, with the two new turbocharged engines introduced in 2019, performance has been pushed to a frankly impressive level. We're talking 348 hp for the S version and 434 for the turbocharged variant.
Car and Driver doesn't praise the 4-cylinder engine variant, because Porsche didn't provide it with one. In the case of that model, the driving experience it delivers is akin to that offered by Audi’s Q5, and at a lower price.
