9 – 1980 Chevrolet K5 Blazer

The Blazer quietly went about its way, and at the start of the 1980s it was still being sold in the same basic form, although there was some evolution in terms of the SUV’s front end. The pricing had also evolved, no surprise. Where in 1969 the model cost all of $2,852 USD, by 1980 the price tag read $8,130 for the soft-top version.  Those choosing the hard top had to fork over an extra $103. Total sales amounted to 21,399 units.
