2nd place: 2022 Subaru Crosstrek Convenience $23,995 + $1,800 (T&P)
Last year, the Subaru Crosstrek Convenience was ranked fourth in our list, but this year, even with the $200 price increase given the 2022 edition, Subaru’s little Japanese crossover has climbed into second place.
The catch is that the cheapest Convenience model is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission, unlike all the crossovers listed so far.
