For the first time since its introduction, the Toyota Venza (2009MY) became the most coveted vehicle among thieves. It replaces the 2000 Honda Civic SiR, which had been dominating these rankings for a few years.
Shockingly, the 2001 Pontiac Aztek made the list at No. 8, ahead of the 1998 and 1999 Acura Integra coupes.
How can this be? Well, the IBC calculates thefts based on the number of units insured across Canada.
