Ontario's Scott Steckly returns as judge for teen driver safety program
Three-time NASCAR Canadian Tire Series' champion Scott Steckly is pleased to announce that he has accepted Parachute's invitation to return in 2014 as a judge in the annual IS IT WORTH IT campaign.
