Ogier, who was leading since ES3, suffered a puncture in ES15 and dropped down to 5th position.

Loeb, who made a great catch up in this second day after he finished 5th on Friday, took first position, but is still under pressure from Petter Solberg (Ford Focus) and Mikko Hirvonen (Ford Focus) before the last leg on Sunday.

Kimi Raikkonen (Citroen C4) put a strong performance on the second day, and was able to move up to 6th, after he finished his first WRC race in Jordania, two weeks ago.
