BMW M340i xDrive, 8 Series convertible, X5, X7, Vision iNext
To put it mildly, the 3 Series is a big deal for BMW, and the stakes are high as it gets set to debut its next generation. What was for a long time the brand’s bread-and-butter model is no longer THE face of the company. But now, BMW intends to so a full reset, and it has released details about the new M340i variant that will debut in LA.
BMW will be one of the busiest players at the show this year: it will also be presenting the convertible version of its 8 Series, back in the lineup after a multi-year absence, and the new edition of the popular X5 compact SUV. That one just may be eclipsed by its big brother, the X7 SUV, also making its debut.
