Brilliance at the 2007 Geneva Auto Show
For the first time in the show's 77-year history, a Chinese automaker is displaying its line-up for the public. Brilliance China Auto, a partner of well-heeled German luxury car firm BMW, is planning on selling nearly 160,000 new sedans in Europe within the next five years. Bremen-based HSO Motors Europe, a German car importing company, will be the broker in charge of distributing and selling Brilliance's Zhonghua (BS6) 2.0 and 2.4 litre sedans. HSO Motors is credited with successfully launching Hyundai in Europe in the early 90s. It only makes sense then that they have been chosen to inaugurate the Chinese revolution in Europe.
