Updated Sentra Sports a Few Maxima Styling Cues
The updated Nissan Sentra and Sentra SE-R that goes on sale later on this month will be sporting new features for 2004, as well as a new price tag.

According to Nissan Canada Inc., the base Sentra 1.8 will start at a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $15,598, the full-featured Sentra 1.8 S will sell for $17,998, and the race-inspired Sentra SE-R will have a modest price tag of $21,498.
The 2004 Sentra receives a revamped exterior that includes redesigned front and rear fascias and a newly designed hood. Driftwood is a new exterior colour. In addition, interior enhancements include a trip computer (standard on 2.5 S, SE-R, and SE-R Spec V models), and improved sound quality provided by Rockford Fosgate.

Furthermore, the 2004 Sentra 1.8 and 1.8 S models will offer superior power from the 1.8-litre engine, peaking at 126-horsepower and 129 lb-ft of torque.
Ian Forsyth, Nissan Canada director of marketing said, "The 2004 Sentra continues to lead the way in performance for the very competitive small car market. With the body enhancements, the Sentra is setting standards for style as well as performance."
