Quebecker Nick Wittmer clinched two victories in as many races in ICAR’s Grand Prix of Mirabel this week-end on the North Shore of Montreal.

The driver’s double victory was enough to ensure him a second consecutive championship’s title in the Super Touring Division.

The podium of both heat (20 laps) and feature (25 laps) races was the same on Saturday and Sunday in ST class. Greg Pootmans overtook Mathieu Audette with five laps to go on Saturday and managed to hold on to the second position for the rest of that race and Sunday’s entire race as well.

In the Touring class, same faces but different positions with a win of Karl Thomson on Saturday (third Sunday) and one of second place finish Michael Sallenbach on Sunday. Anthony Rapone completed both podiums with a third place finish on Saturday and a second place on Sunday. He is the 2010 Touring class champion.
