Pirelli, Falken, Toyo, Yokohama and Nexen

If you’re a fan of Italian brand Pirelli, you’ll want to short-list the Scorpion Ice and Snow and the recently introduced All Terrain +.

American brand Falken offers fans of very aggressive tires the Wildpeak A/T3W which is also suitable for off-road excursions. Falken manufactures several tires in a former Goodyear plant in Buffalo, New York. The brand was created by OHTSU Rubber and Tires of Japan, which merged with Sumitomo Rubber Industries in 2003.

In the same vein, Japanese manufacturer Toyo brings back the Observe GS-i6 LS for smaller vehicles and the WLT-1 for larger pickups.
